How long does it take to receive custom-built golf clubs?
Every PXG club is built by hand to your unique specifications. Custom orders typically ship within 7 to 10 business days, though lead times may vary based on component availability.
What is the PXG return policy for apparel and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn, unwashed apparel and accessories with original tags attached. Please note that custom-built golf clubs are non-returnable but are covered under our limited warranty.
Do you offer professional club fitting services?
Yes, PXG offers world-class fitting experiences at our retail stores and through our mobile fitting teams. You can book an appointment online to work with a Master Fitter who will optimize your loft, lie, and shaft selection.
Does PXG ship internationally?
PXG currently ships to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the size of your order.
What kind of warranty comes with my PXG equipment?
PXG golf clubs are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers structural failure during normal use.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
