We are committed to ensuring your PXG equipment and apparel exceed your performance expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Shipping Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and clubs are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
